Description:		Are you interested in starting or expanding your business but you need some legal help? Join the Black Ivy Alumni League for its Entrepreneurship Legal Roundtable. The audience will have the opportunity to receive advice and information from lawyers who specialize in entrepreneurship and can address a variety of topics including choice of entity, choice of jurisdiction, and intellectual property issues. The roundtable will be question-driven, so come with any and all questions regarding you business venture!
