Rising Ivy - The BIAL Breakfast Network
We have been working hard for over a year to build a powerful network for Black Ivy League Alumni and are proud to announce the launch of Rising Ivy.
This exciting new chapter will:
- build impressive personal networks for each of us.
- unveil the resources through whom we can offer and find freelance work or full time jobs.
- unveil the in-network professionals we need like doctors, lawyers and contractors.
- help us find and become mentors.
Rising Ivy is a unique opportunity to connect with the most dynamic Black Ivy League entrepreneurs and professionals while doing so in a facilitated and intimate setting and we are excited to move this series into high gear.
July 2011 Rising Ivy Event

The idea is simple - no speakers and no long agenda. Tell us who you want to meet and we will work by hand to craft the audience and every attendee, plus three dedicated hosts who will facilitate introductions to the resources, advice and help you need.
Our network is only as strong as each link. You are a strong link. Our first Rising Ivy event was on Bastille Day - a day the French celebrate a leveling of the political playing field. For us it signifies the ushering in of an historic new chapter in the community of Black Ivy League Alumni.
June 2011 Rising Ivy Event

There is also the opportunity to host these powerful networking events in your corporate office or conference room. Please contact us at events@theleagueonline.org if you are interested in hosting a Rising Ivy event.
Join us at the next Rising Ivy event to meet and connect with fellow alumni. Check our Events Calendar for details.
