TO HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF EFFORTS

 

New York, NY (September 13, 2005) – In the days following the destruction and loss caused by Hurricane Katrina, each of us has been affected by this tragedy.

The Black Ivy League Alumni encourages you to make a contribution to aid in hurricane relief efforts.

Our heart goes out to the families and loved ones of the victims of Hurricane Katrina, who are faced with not only devastating personal losses, but also with the widespread destruction of their communities.

 

We urge the Black Ivy community to participate not only in the short-term efforts to help does effected by Hurricane Katrina but look at the long-term horizon. As time goes on the Black Ivy Alumni League will continue to find ways to aid the displaced families of Hurricane Katrina.
