Ryan Moorehead is Senior Asset Manager for MPI, a privately owned real estate firm in New York specializing in the development, acquisition, and management of commercial real estate assets. In this role he is responsible for maximizing the performance of the firm's residential portfolio of real estate assets that are privately held or independently managed. Mr. Moorehead reports directly to the CEO.

Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Moorehead worked for First Sterling Financial, Inc. as Vice President of Asset Management and Business Development where he was responsible for the development of their third-party Asset Management platform, increasing the firm's profit margin by 10% in its first two years. He was also responsible for all financial analysis of their syndicated affordable housing portfolio with a focus on improved operational efficiencies and cash flow management. Mr. Moorehead began his career as an Analyst at The Richman Group of Companies where he focused on financial analysis and accounting of low-income housing developments in their Asset Management division. Mr. Moorehead has also held positions with AvalonBay Communities and Sony Music Entertainment, Inc.

Ryan currently serves on the Leadership Board for the New York Council for Urban Professionals (www.nycup.org) and is the Executive Vice President for the African American Real Estate Professionals of New York (www.aarepny.com) organization. He is also a member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (www.nysafah.org). Mr. Moorehead graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
