Ms. Sibblies is the managing partner of BOS Development, an urban real estate development company. Current projects include the development of 80,000 square feet mixed-use building in Harlem, 88 Morningside, which includes 74 apartments and a 6,000 square feet community facility.
From 2002 to 2005, Ms. Sibblies served as the Assistant Vice President of Economics for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, which was formed to lead the redevelopment of the World Trade Center.
From 1993 to 2001, Ms. Sibblies worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, acting as first a Vice President of Emerging Markets Research and then Vice President of Structured Finance. Her work in structured finance included business development for the firm�s new Latin American securitization practice. Prior to working at J.P Morgan, Ms. Sibblies served as a corporate finance analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Sibblies graduated from Yale University with a major in Economics and Political Science. She also received a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Sibblies serves on a number of non-profit boards including the BRISC, Higher Heights for America and the Council of Urban Professionals. She is also a founding Chair of Harlem Park to Park, a new merchant�s association in Central Harlem.
