Ted Gregory is a co-leader of the Americas' Sports Practice for Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson partnering with Tracy Murdoch O'Such. They are both based in New York City and join Simon Cummins, of the London office, who leads the Global Sports Practice. As a team, they leverage 35 years of executive search experience and business success for their clients.

Ted's more than two decades of business experience, combined with this passion and insight for sports, translates into successful placements for his clients. His experience includes executive positions at Bank of America, Heidrick & Struggles, and JP Morgan Chase. His enthusiasm for sports developed during his early years. As a scholar-athlete, he logged numerous notable accomplishments through participation in football, basketball, and track & field. Ted was a two year All Ivy League defensive back at Columbia University, where he also received honorable mention All-America honors (Division 1A), first team Silver Anniversary (25 year) All Ivy League team, and the Columbia All Century team.

Ted holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University. He was a Board member of the Columbia University Alumni Association, and serves on the Football and Basketball Advisory Committees, as well as the President's Committee on Athletics.
