Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli serves as a director for FATE Foundation Nigeria and FATE Foundation USA, two nonprofit organizations that are committed to promoting business and entrepreneurial development in Nigeria. FATE Nigeria, which was established in March 2000, equips aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, networks and funding that they require for establishing successful businesses. FATE USA serves as a channel through which information, tools, management support and resources flow between the United States and Nigeria to support entrepreneurial efforts in the nation.

Ndidi also works as a management consultant with the Bridgespan Group, the nonprofit consulting spin-off of Bain & Company. Prior to assuming this position, Ndidi served as the founding executive director of FATE Foundation Nigeria. Ndidi has also worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company's Chicago, New York and Johannesburg offices, Ford Foundation's West Africa Office and the Center for Middle East Competitive Strategy.

Ms. Nwuneli holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in multinational management and strategic management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Nwuneli serves as an advisor and director for numerous nonprofit organizations in Nigeria and the United States.
