Description:		Step out in your winter's warmest and join us for a holiday social as we bring 2013 to a close with the Black Ivy Alumni League at Ainsworth Park in the Flatiron District. And to help inspire your holiday cheer - we have dedicated this event to helping a bright, young, black student pay for college! Josh Johnson, a talented and promising student has been tap dancing his way into hearts and through college. In addition to student loans, grants, scholarships and a part time job at a clothing store, he traveled all the way from Pennsylvania on weekends to tap in the subways to pay for his college expenses. In addition to The Ellen Show, Josh has had the chance to share his story in The New York Times and on Dancing With The Stars, ABC World News with Diane Sawyer, and The Katie Couric Show; he was the commencement speaker at the University of the Free State in South Africa and he kicked off the 2013 season opener for the NY Knicks! Help us support Joshua's dream of being the first person in his family to graduate from college! Come meet other entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals within the Black Ivy Alumni League network. It's sure to be a festive holiday affair! We'll provide light hors d'oeuvres and there will be a cash bar plus a 1-hour open bar!
