In the great company of fellow alums, we will meet the Chef and learn about his restaurant's food and philosophy.
Amali's award-winning Executive Chef is a native Brazilian and graduate of the French Culinary Institute. Chef Borges worked in several Michelin rated kitchens before assuming the Executive Chef position at Amali. The restaurant is also known for its commitment to sustainability, which is reflected in its eco-chic interior, local food sourcing, and organic & biodynamic wines.
Chef Borges is crafting a menu for us that will include 3 courses plus a glass of wine. During our meal he will visit with us and take questions. His cuisine is absolutely delicious! This is a meal you don't want to miss! Your guests are also welcome.
