Generating Wealth Through Real Estate - NY

Description:   Join us for an open bar wine and cheese reception to kick-off the Ivy Small Property Network, a new real estate/investment education club for Ivy Alumni. Join us for lively discussions regarding strategies that you can employ to substantially increase your wealth this year. Come through to see old classmates, meet experienced investors and join others just getting in to the game.

 
Speaker info:   Mr. Bennett has been a small investor in multifamily residential real estate for 5 years. He has focused on purchasing, renovating, and managing smaller residential properties in the New York Metro Area. Prior to real estate investing Mr. Bennett was involved with the founding of a broker-dealer that focused on electronic day-trading. He successfully developed the firm’s business into several hundred clients. Prior to that Mr. Bennett traded foreign exchange derivatives for Bank of America where he managed the Canadian Dollar Options book on a proprietary basis.

Mr. Bennett graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance. Mr. Bennett also received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
